Jamaica can make it to World Cup

Jamaica international defender Michael Hector believes that the team can make it to the World Cup in 2022 and that the players should believe in this objective. He said that the team has been developing well and that they do not have to fear anyone during the qualifiers.

Michael Hector said that the Jamaican Football Federation has devised a good program for the development of youth players and he believes that they are now reaping the fruits. He said that there are a number of Jamaican players that play abroad and even the ones that play locally are now better and stronger.

He said that the level of football in the domestic league has improved a lot and that is giving rise to a number of quality players.

“Michael Hector said that the team is in good shape and that they have a good chance “of making it through the World Cup 2022 qualifiers. He said that Jamaica has won the Gold Cup twice and that it should not be too difficult for them to make it to the World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

He said that they need to become more consistent and make sure that they are ready physically and mentally. He said that there are many fans that are expecting to see them at the next World Cup and that it is up to the players to deliver the goods.

He said that the Jamaican Football Federation is working very hard to provide them with the necessary resources and infrastructures in order to train and it is up to the team to perform on the pitch.

Michael Hector said that there is a good team spirit within the team and that he is delighted to be part of the team. He said that the World Cup 2022 qualifiers will soon be starting and that the team is ready for it.
