BARCELONA WANT TO SIGN BRAZILIAN YOUNGSTER

La Liga giants Barcelona are set to sign Brazilian youngster Pedrinho.

The Catalan side have reportedly reached an agreement with Corinthians to sign the player in 2019 or even before then. The player has a €50 million release clause even though he might really be worth around €10-15 million.

Barca are avoiding entering a bidding war with another interested side when the player comes of age. The club has reached a similar agreement with Palmeiras and Fluminense football clubs. Corinthians have around 70 per cent of Pedrinho’s financial rights while the player’s agent holds the rest.

The Blaugrana are hoping they hit a goldmine as they have with Neymar. The club is scavenging for the next best thing in Brazilian football. If Pedrinho reach such heights or even goes close, Barca can benefit immensely from this agreement.

Meanwhile Barcaare shopping for a buyer for several of its stars. Munir El Haddadi and Sergi Samper were at Valencia and Granada respectively on loan last term. The club is considering sending them out on loan again even though if interested clubs come for their services, they could be sold permanently. Munir would be seeking regular game time which the re-signing of Gerard Deulofeu might hamper. Samper is one player that might be retained for depth sake.

Thirty year old ArdaTuran is another player likely to exit the Spanish side this summer. The Turkey international is struggling to fit in the team so leaving is expected. Other stars like Thomas Vermaelen and Douglas Pereira are set to leave Spain as well.

Ernesto Valverde has so many decisions to make while juggling title ambition hopes of the top side. Tough tasks ahead for the manager!
